- Public Access to North Civic Castle Stairs ** masonry apparently underway fall 2026 **
- Reduce Voting Age to 16, per 2019 Ontario Bill 96 ** motion suggested to current Council and school Administration **
- Replacing the island bridge at Shakespearean Gardens ** inquiry sent to Parks **
- Add at least one garbage can on Wellington West between St. Patrick & Civic Triangle ** proposed to Waste Services **
- Improve Traffic Logic Flow (e.g. open Yellow overnight on Ontario to Downie, and Huron & Erie outbound, advance Left during peak congestion from northbound Veterans Dr. / Erie onto Ontario, 3-way stop intermittent congestion reduction at Romeo & Devon / Delamere, sometimes left to Huron from York)
- Prompt Demolition of GTR factory site & remediation of area, concurrent with an inspired Heritage Community Castle design
- Update Smoking By-Laws to reflect proximity-to-door reality (3m better than 9m) & promote litter reduction
- Implementation of a Renoviction Protection by-law in line with other municipalities
- Regulate e-scooter usage to prioritize safety with PPE & corridor by-laws
- An Evolution in Waste Stewardship in line with the Nordic model, including innovative on-demand neighborhood segregation processors, set up beside the mailboxes
- Empowerment of Local Population, house-owning, rooms-renting, or home-less, to define achievable, community-oriented Life Goals
- FREE PARKINGTM for a nominal fee, prorated monthly for residents & daily/weekly for guests
- Promoting private-financed Bieber-related activites for those on pilgrimage, especially Bieber Bumper Cars (BBC) & SKYLRK storefront
- Term Limits for all Councillors & Trustees (proposed 2 terms with a 1 term minimum break)
- Invite alternative, 'abnormal' schools to populate the Normal School, Falstaff, and community buildings (Krishnamurti, Randolph, Montessori)
- Double the Salary for a Councilor, to roughly half that of Mayor
- Follow through on the Constitutional challenge to the Provincial imposition of 'strong mayor' legislation, unless the recent court decision over Toronto bike lanes renders the litigious opportunity nil
- Improve the city's slogan to better reflect its diversity & responsibility ** I am open to suggestions, but have also developed an excellent option **
- Rename Waldies Laneway to Tiger Alley, in honor of Huron Tract Warden Dr. Dunlop, and because it's a jungle back there!
- Bring back the outdoor pianos for a future multi-day music extra-vaganza.

- Military assistance to Cuba's supply chain, assuring consistent subsistence fuel delivery
councilor voting strategy:
- 1. The old guard of secret combinations should not be re-elected to accomplish a transparency-first agenda (e.g. BB, BH, MR) ** ALTERNATIVELY, it is incorrect to blame individuals when the system itself may be the initiator and/or sustainer of corruption. How to immediately correct the system's transparency error for every citizen's benefit? **
- 2. Too many people vote for names they recognize as current councilors. Commit to 3 hours of uninterrupted research on the 18 new, transparency committed candidates, and pick your preferred 7. Then choose 3 of the 6 remaining current councilors. If enough voters commit, this will tip the balance to 5 new/5 current
- 3. Convince 3 friends to implement this voting strategy, and engage them to also convince 3 friends. And so on to a victory for transparent democracy! Have a stake in the renewal of Stratford's body politic!
